How to Apply for a Fiji Police Clearance from New Zealand
1.Download the Application Form: Use form INZ 1185 if applying for NZ Immigration.
Download and complete the standard Fiji Police Clearance Application Form. Ensure all sections are filled out clearly in block letters.
2.Gather Certified Documents:
You must organise certified copies of the following personal records:
Passport bio-data page
Full birth certificate
A secondary form of valid photo ID
Official name change documents (if applicable)
3.Get Your Fingerprints Taken: Bring your passport as photo ID to your appointment.
A complete set of physical fingerprints is mandatory. Book an appointment with us at The Fingerprint Company to have your fingerprints professionally rolled onto our forms that are accepted by the Fiji Police Force.
4.Submit and Pay:
As of 2025, overseas applications must be submitted directly to the Fiji Police Force in Suva.
Payment: Pay the application fee via international bank transfer (check the Fiji High Commission website for current fee amounts and banking details).
Submission: Scan and email your completed form, certified documents, completed fingerprint forms, and payment confirmation receipt directly to criminal.records@police.org.fj.
