Singapore Police Clearance (Certificate of Clearance - COC)
Non-Singapore citizens who have resided in Singapore and require a Certificate of Clearance (COC) must apply through the Singapore Police Force (SPF) eServices portal. Because overseas applicants cannot attend the police cantonment complex in person, a certified set of physical ink fingerprints must be submitted by post.
Simple 4-Step Process
Submit Your Online Application & Appeal
Log in to the SPF eServices portal. Non-citizens must submit an appeal with supporting official documentation (such as a formal letter from Immigration New Zealand or another statutory authority requesting the clearance).
Receive Your SPF Acceptance Letter
Once your appeal is reviewed and approved, the SPF will issue an official notification/letter requesting your fingerprint submission.
Book Your Fingerprinting Appointment
Book a session with us once you have received your official request letter. Bring your current passport as photo ID and we will take your prints on our standard fingerprint form for you to take away.
Post Your Inked Prints to Singapore
Mail the original certified fingerprint card together with a copy of your acknowledgement slip and application receipt directly to the Head of Criminal Records, CID (COC) in Singapore.
